How do I return my order?
Contact us directly using our contact form or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return. We will then confirm the return and provide you with the return address.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Oasis Pet Beds holds no responsibility for items returned to the manufacturer and cannot offer any compensation for these items.
Which items are refundable?
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in original condition
Are there any charges for returning my item?
We will not charge you for returning your item, however you must pay the cost of the return shipping.
The exact price of this will depend on the item you are returning, your location and your chosen shipping method.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any returned items that do not reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
How soon will I get my refund?
Processing time will depend on your original payment method but can take anywhere up to 30 days.

Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have not received your refund within 30 days of our confirmation that the refund has been sent, please contact us at email@example.com
If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to change it or cancel it for you.
In some instances this may be possible, however this is not guaranteed.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel the order for you. In these instances, you can make use of our returns policy.
